Cancellations & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aiyerly. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our patrons, our orders are governed by the following terms.

Order Cancellations: 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.  Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once handed over to our delivery partners, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.

Return & Replacement Conditions:  We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Returns or replacements are strictly limited to the following issues, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged Delivery:

The product packaging arrives physically damaged or broken.

Wrong Product:

The item received does not match your order confirmation.

Incorrect Quantity:

The number of items delivered does not match your purchase.

Missing Items: 

If any item is missing from your box, or if your order is damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Taste & Personal Preference: 

We make our products using traditional recipes.  We cannot issue refunds or replacements if you simply do not like the flavor or texture of a product as long as it is fresh.

Required Proof: 

To help our team verify and approve your claim, please provide:

Your official Order Number.

A continuous, unedited package unboxing video showing the label and the opening process of the delivery box.Please note: As we deal in fresh food items, claims reported without a continuous unboxing video cannot be processed for food safety reasons.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Issues: 

Please double-check your shipping details! We cannot give refunds if your package is delayed, lost, or spoiled because of an incorrect address or phone number.

Return Costs:

If we agree that a product needs to be mailed back to us, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing: 

Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s clearing cycle.
